  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned.
  3. Drain excess grease if needed.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Base

  1. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and cream cheese.
  2. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
  3. Mix in Italian seasoning and pepper.

Step 3: Assemble

  1. Transfer sausage mixture into a baking dish.

  3. Scatter cherry tomatoes on top.

Step 4: Bake
