These Low-Carb Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with protein and healthy fats. Perfect for meal prep, quick lunches, or light dinners — and great for keeping blood sugar stable.
🥘 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 patties)
- 1 can (14–15 oz) salmon (drained)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp finely diced onion
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

1️⃣ Prep the Salmon
Drain salmon and remove large bones if desired.
Flake into a bowl.
2️⃣ Mix Ingredients
Add:
- Egg
- Almond flour
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Onion
- Parsley
- Seasonings
Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Form Patties
Shape into small patties (about 2–3 inches wide).
4️⃣ Cook
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
