Ingredients (6 Servings)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (lightly steamed or roasted)
- 1 ½ cups low-sugar marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer cauliflower on the bottom.
- Top with cooked beef.
- Spread marinara evenly over the meat.
