This gooey, cheesy pull-apart bread is a low-carb twist on pizza night—crispy edges, melty cheese, and loaded with pepperoni. Perfect for sharing (or not 😄).


🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • Optional: extra cheese for layering

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt Cheese

  • Microwave mozzarella + cream cheese (30–60 sec)
  • Stir until smooth

2️⃣ Make Dough

  • Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and seasonings
  • Mix/knead into dough

3️⃣ Form Pieces

  • Tear into small dough balls

4️⃣ Assemble
