This gooey, cheesy pull-apart bread is a low-carb twist on pizza night—crispy edges, melty cheese, and loaded with pepperoni. Perfect for sharing (or not 😄).
🥣 Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- Optional: extra cheese for layering

1️⃣ Melt Cheese
- Microwave mozzarella + cream cheese (30–60 sec)
- Stir until smooth
2️⃣ Make Dough
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and seasonings
- Mix/knead into dough
3️⃣ Form Pieces
- Tear into small dough balls
- Mix with pepperoni and extra cheese
4️⃣ Assemble
- Grease bundt pan
