This Low Carb Cloud Bread is ultra-light, airy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft—perfect as a bread substitute for keto and diabetic-friendly diets. With just a few ingredients, you get a fluffy texture that feels like a cross between bread and soufflé!
🧾 Ingredients
- 3 large eggs (separated)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Mix egg yolks with cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites + cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites (don’t deflate).
- Spoon mixture into small rounds on the tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden on top.
- Cool slightly before serving.
