This Low Carb Cloud Bread is ultra-light, airy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft—perfect as a bread substitute for keto and diabetic-friendly diets. With just a few ingredients, you get a fluffy texture that feels like a cross between bread and soufflé!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs (separated)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Mix egg yolks with cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites + cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites (don’t deflate).
  6. Spoon mixture into small rounds on the tray.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden on top.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
