Low-Carb Chile Burgers

Low-Carb Chile Burgers

Juicy, cheesy, spicy, and melt-in-your-mouth good — all with just 3g net carbs!

Some recipes are so good, they don’t even make it to the dinner table before someone steals a bite.
These Low-Carb Chile Burgers are exactly that kind of dish — perfectly seasoned beef patties loaded with roasted chiles and smothered in melty cheese. It’s the kind of keto comfort food that fills you up without filling your carb count.

Whether you’re diabetic, low-carb, keto, or just love bold flavors, this one is pure perfection. ❤️

⭐ Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers)

For the Patties

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best juiciness)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Chile & Cheese Topping

  • 1 cup canned chopped green chiles (drained)
  • ½ cup diced roasted jalapeños (optional for heat)
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (or cheddar/Monterey jack combo)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (optional for creamier topping)

🥣 Instructions

1. Mix your beef patties

Combine ground beef, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 4 thick patties.

2. Cook the patties

Pan-sear, grill, or air fry your patties until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

3. Make the chile topping

In a bowl, mix the green chiles, roasted jalapeños, and sour cream (if using).

4. Assemble the magic

Top each hot patty with a generous spoonful of the chile mixture.

5. Add cheese and melt

Sprinkle each patty with plenty of shredded cheese and let it melt:

  • Pan: cover with a lid 1–2 minutes
  • Oven: broil for 1–2 minutes
  • Air fryer: 350°F for 1 minute

6. Serve hot!

These are amazing on a low-carb bun, lettuce-wrapped, or just on a plate with veggies.
