🥘 Ingredients (Makes ~6 taquitos)
For the Filling
- 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- ¼ cup ranch dressing (sugar-free)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the “Shell”
- 6–8 slices mozzarella cheese (or shredded mozzarella)
