🥘 Ingredients (Makes ~6 taquitos)

For the Filling

  • 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (sugar-free)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the “Shell”

  • 6–8 slices mozzarella cheese (or shredded mozzarella)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix:

  • Shredded chicken
  • Bacon
  • Ranch dressing
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Green onions

Mix until creamy and well combined.


2️⃣ Create Cheese Shells

Place mozzarella slices (or small piles of shredded mozzarella) on parchment paper.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes until melted and slightly golden.


3️⃣ Shape the Taquitos
