For the Donuts
- 1 ½ cups almond flour

- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Sugar-Free Glaze
- ¾ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 2–3 tbsp almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Step 1: Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a donut pan or silicone mold.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a bowl combine:
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Sweetener
- Baking powder
- Salt
Mix well.
Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl whisk together:
- Eggs
- Almond milk
- Melted butter
- Vanilla extract
Step 4: Combine the Batter
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
Stir until a smooth batter forms.
Step 5: Fill the Donut Pan
Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling about ¾ full.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

Step 6: Make the Glaze
Whisk together:
- Powdered sweetener
- Almond milk
- Vanilla
until smooth.
Step 7: Glaze the Donuts
Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze and place on a rack to set.
