🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • ½ tsp salt (for draining)
  • ½ cup oat flour (or chickpea flour)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 2 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
