🛒 Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- ½ tsp salt (for draining)
- ½ cup oat flour (or chickpea flour)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 2 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
- Salt & pepper to taste
