- 2 tbsp sugar
For the filling:

- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix crushed cookies with sugar and melted butter until sandy.
Press firmly into a springform pan.
Chill while you make the filling.
