For the sauce:

For serving:

  • 10 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta

  • A sprinkle of vegan parmesan (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the veggies:
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, until softened and fragrant.
