🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced or halved
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil (or vegan butter for richer flavor)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional but delicious)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or oregano
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Splash of lemon juice (optional, brightens everything!)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to caramelize — about 5–6 minutes.

2️⃣ Add the Cauliflower

Add the cauliflower florets and continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
Let the edges get golden and slightly crispy.

3️⃣ Add Garlic & Seasonings
