Ingredients
- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter (optional for flavor)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
