Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles

The low-carb dinner everyone falls in love with.

If you’ve ever wanted a meal that feels like a fancy steakhouse dish but cooks in under 15 minutes, this is it. Juicy garlic-butter steak bites tossed with twirl-worthy zucchini noodles… It’s rich, flavourful, diabetic-friendly, and unbelievably satisfying.

This has become one of the most re-made recipes in my kitchen — and everyone who tries it always says the same thing:
“How is something this easy this good?”

Let’s make it happen.

⭐ Ingredients

(All simple grocery-store staples — Canada, US, or UK)

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

For the Zucchini Noodles:

  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized (zoodles)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Sear the steak bites

Heat oil in a pan until hot.
Add steak cubes in a single layer — don’t overcrowd.
Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Remove from pan.

2. Make the zoodles

In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic + chili flakes.
Toss in zucchini noodles and cook 2 minutes, just until softened.
Season lightly.

3. Put it all together

Return steak bites to the pan or plate separately over the zoodles.
Garnish with parsley.
Eat immediately while everything is sizzling, buttery, and irresistible.
