🥣 Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed colors)
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

1️⃣ Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Lightly grease a baking dish

2️⃣ Cook Veggies

  • Sauté peppers & onions in olive oil until slightly soft

3️⃣ Mix Base

  • In a bowl, combine:
    • Shredded chicken
    • Cream cheese
    • Heavy cream
    • Fajita seasoning
  • Mix until creamy

4️⃣ Assemble

  • Fold in sautéed veggies
  • Spread mixture into baking dish
