🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Cheese “Tortillas”

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place ¼ cup piles of shredded cheese, flattening into circles.
  3. Bake 6–7 minutes or until edges turn lightly golden.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add onions, peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sauté until veggies are tender and any liquid has evaporated.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

3️⃣ Assemble the Roll Ups

  1. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling on one side of each cheese wrap.
  2. Roll tightly while still warm and pliable.
  3. Optional: return to oven for 3 minutes to melt everything together.

4️⃣ Serve

Garnish with parsley or green onions.
Great with:

  • Sugar-free ketchup
  • Mustard
