  • Fresh basil (optional)
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

Optional Add-Ins for Extra Flavor:

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Build Your Pizza Bowls

Place 6–8 small foil ramekins on a baking sheet.

In each cup:

  1. Add 1–2 tbsp pizza sauce.
  2. Sprinkle a little mozzarella.
  3. Add a spoonful of ground beef or sausage.
  4. Add toppings (pepperoni, olives, peppers, etc.).
  5. Finish with another layer of mozzarella.

Build them like mini lasagnas — sauce, cheese, toppings, repeat.

3️⃣ Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden around the edges.

If you want a browned top, broil for 1 minute.

4️⃣ Serve

Let cool for 2–3 minutes (they’re hot!), then dig in with a fork.
They’re savory, cheesy, comforting, and shockingly low carb.
