🛒 Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 lb 96% lean ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup low-sugar marinara
  • 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1–1½ cups low-fat mozzarella, shredded
  • Optional toppings: sliced olives, jalapeños, mushrooms, onions, turkey pepperoni, bell peppers

👩‍🍳 Directions

1. Prepare the base

In a skillet, cook your ground turkey with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until no longer pink.
Stir in the marinara and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.

2. Build the bake

Spread the turkey mixture evenly into a greased baking dish or foil pan.
Pour beaten eggs over the top — this is the magic that gives the bake structure without crust!
Give the pan a gentle shake so the egg settles into all the nooks.

3. Add the “pizza”

Sprinkle mozzarella across the top.
Now add your toppings — olives, jalapeños, or whatever makes it feel like pizza to you.

4. Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly and the center is set.

5. Cool + serve
