Crispy Low-Carb Chicken Fries

These chicken fries are crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a cheesy, low-carb crust—perfect for snacking, meal prep, or kid-friendly meals without the carbs.
🥣 Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing or spraying)

1️⃣ Prep Chicken
- Slice chicken into thin strips (fries shape)
2️⃣ Make Coating
- In one bowl: whisk eggs
- In another: mix parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings
3️⃣ Coat
- Dip chicken in egg → then coat in dry mixture
- Press coating firmly for extra crispiness
4️⃣ Cook
Oven Method:
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C)
- Place on lined tray, brush with oil
- Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway
Air Fryer Method:
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–14 minutes
- Shake halfway through
