Crispy Low-Carb Chicken Fries

These chicken fries are crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a cheesy, low-carb crust—perfect for snacking, meal prep, or kid-friendly meals without the carbs.


🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing or spraying)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep Chicken

  • Slice chicken into thin strips (fries shape)

2️⃣ Make Coating

  • In one bowl: whisk eggs
  • In another: mix parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings

3️⃣ Coat

  • Dip chicken in egg → then coat in dry mixture
  • Press coating firmly for extra crispiness

4️⃣ Cook

Oven Method:

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C)
  • Place on lined tray, brush with oil
  • Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway

Air Fryer Method:

  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–14 minutes
  • Shake halfway through

5️⃣ Serve

  • Let cool slightly (they crisp up more!)
