Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Base

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes.
  3. Stir in cauliflower and cook another 3 minutes.

Step 2: Simmer

  1. Add broth, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Simmer 10–12 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

Step 3: Add Creaminess

  1. Stir in heavy cream and almond milk.

  3. Simmer 3–5 minutes to thicken.

Step 4: Cook the Shrimp

  2. Cook 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque.
