🛒 Ingredients

- 1½ lbs (680g) chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Directions
1. Sear the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat oil or butter in a pan.
Add chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides (don’t worry if it’s not fully cooked — it finishes in the sauce).
2. Build the creamy garlic sauce
In the same pan, add the minced garlic.
Cook just until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in chicken broth and scrape the pan to release all the flavor.
Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
3. Let it simmer
Add the chicken back in.
Simmer 5–7 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve with love
