- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional glaze
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
👩🍳 Instructions

2️⃣ Make the Mousse
In another bowl, whip:
- Heavy cream
- Sweetener

- Vanilla
- Salt

3️⃣ Combine
Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
4️⃣ Shape the Dessert
Spoon the mousse into silicone dome molds or small cups.
Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
