Ingredients
- 1 large head green cabbage, sliced into thick rounds
- 1½ lb ground beef (80–90% lean)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
