🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate: Mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
2️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
3️⃣ Add chicken pieces to the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4️⃣ Add mushrooms & bell peppers, toss lightly, and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is golden and coated.
5️⃣ Toss everything in the leftover sauce or drizzle extra black pepper sauce on top.
