This Big Mac Salad gives you all the classic burger flavor—without the bun and carbs. It’s perfect for meal prep and stays fresh for days!


🥣 Ingredients

🥩 Salad Base

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced

🍔 Big Mac Sauce (Sugar-Free)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish (no sugar added)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Drain excess grease and cool

2️⃣ Make the Sauce

  • Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth
  • Chill for best flavor
