Angel Food Cake Cookies

Angel Food Cake Cookies (WW Friendly!)

Light, sweet, and beautifully fluffy — these 2-ingredient Angel Food Cake Cookies are one of those magical Weight Watchers treats that feel way too good to be this easy… or this low in points!

If you’re like me and adore weekend baking without the guilt (or the effort!), these cookies become a staple fast. They’re soft, cloud-like, lightly sweet, and perfect for customizing with sprinkles, flavor extracts, or even a dusting of powdered sugar.

And yes — they start with just a box of cake mix and Greek yogurt. That’s it. No oil, no eggs, no hassle!

🍪 Ingredients

  • 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix (1-step)
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles, powdered sugar, or sugar-free chocolate chips

🥣 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the angel food cake mix and Greek yogurt until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Drop rounded spoonfuls (about 1–1.5 tbsp each) onto the baking sheet.
  4. Add sprinkles on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
  6. Cool completely — they firm up as they cool.
  7. Enjoy your fluffy, cloud-like cookies!
