🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 small zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (baby bella or white mushrooms work great)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
