🧂 Ingredients
- 2 small zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (baby bella or white mushrooms work great)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, toss zucchini and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Spread evenly in the air fryer basket — don’t overcrowd.
4️⃣ Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and tender.
5️⃣ Sprinkle Parmesan and fresh parsley on top before serving.
