It seriously couldn’t be easier to make these Air Fryer Roast Potatoes! They’re crisp, golden, and ready in just 25 minutes — no oven needed! Perfect as a side for any meal 😋


🧂 Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs (about 700 g) potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Boil potato chunks for 5–7 minutes (just until slightly soft), then drain and shake to rough up the edges.
3️⃣ Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5️⃣ Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6️⃣ Sprinkle herbs and serve hot!
