Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Perfectly tender, juicy lobster in under 10 minutes — no boiling, no steaming, no fuss!
The air fryer gives lobster a gorgeous golden top while keeping the meat sweet and buttery. Paired with a rich garlic butter drizzle… this recipe feels restaurant-quality but is incredibly easy!

⭐ Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

🔪 Prepare the Lobster

  1. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
  2. Gently lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell (“butterflied”).
  3. Pat dry with paper towels.

🧈 Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Melted butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Paprika
  • Lemon pepper (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Brush generously over the lobster meat.

🔥 Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Place lobster tails in the basket, meat facing up.
  3. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, depending on size.
    • Lobster is done when the meat is white, opaque, and reaches 140°F (60°C) internally.

🍋 Finish & Serve

  • Brush with extra garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
  • Enjoy with rice, roasted veggies, or a simple salad!

💡 Tips
