⭐ Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp lemon pepper (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
🔪 Prepare the Lobster
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
- Gently lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell (“butterflied”).
- Pat dry with paper towels.
🧈 Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix:
- Melted butter
- Minced garlic
- Paprika
- Lemon pepper (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Brush generously over the lobster meat.
🔥 Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place lobster tails in the basket, meat facing up.
- Air fry for 5–7 minutes, depending on size.
- Lobster is done when the meat is white, opaque, and reaches 140°F (60°C) internally.
