Air Fryer Honey Mustard Pork Loin Roast
Air Fryer Honey Mustard Pork Loin Roast
When I told my husband I was cooking a pork roast in the air fryer, he laughed — until he tasted it. Now, it’s one of our favorite dinners! This Air Fryer Pork Loin Roast is juicy on the inside, crisp on the outside, and coated with a sweet honey-mustard glaze that’s pure magic. ✨
🧂 Ingredients
- 3–5 lb pork loin roast
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Roast
Make sure your pork loin fits in your air fryer basket (trim the ends if needed).
Pat the roast dry with paper towels. Spread mustard evenly on top of the fat cap.
2️⃣ Season It
Sprinkle rosemary, salt, and black pepper evenly over the mustard coating.
3️⃣ Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place the roast in the basket.
- Air fry for 25 minutes, then flip the roast.
- Continue cooking for another 20 minutes (45 minutes total) or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer model — always check internal temperature.
4️⃣ Glaze It
Once the roast hits 145°F, brush the top with honey.
Return to the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve
Let the pork rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing — this helps lock in the juices.
