  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for finishing)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Air Fryer

  • Set to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.

2️⃣ Prep the Ingredients

  • In a bowl, toss steak cubes and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
