A hearty, one-basket meal that’s simple, satisfying, and full of flavor.
🧂 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for finishing)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Air Fryer
- Set to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
2️⃣ Prep the Ingredients
- In a bowl, toss steak cubes and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3️⃣ Assemble the Foil Packets
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 pieces of foil (about 10×10 inches each).
- Fold the sides up to form a sealed packet.
4️⃣ Air Fry
- Place the foil packets in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Carefully open one packet to check doneness — steak should be browned and potatoes fork-tender.
