🧂 Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold work best)
- 1½ tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for a spicy kick

1️⃣ Prep the potatoes
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice very thinly (use a mandoline if possible).
- Soak slices in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove extra starch.
- Drain and pat dry completely with paper towels.
2️⃣ Season
- Toss the potato slices in oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3️⃣ Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer (work in batches).
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp.
4️⃣ Serve
- Sprinkle with more salt or chili flakes while hot.
