Ingredients

  • 4–6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on works best)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry — this is the secret to extra crispy skin.
  2. Coat with olive oil, then sprinkle seasoning all over.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place thighs skin-side down and cook for 12 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook for another 12–14 minutes, until internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
