These Air Fryer Chicken Rissoles are golden, flavorful, and absolutely irresistible. With a crispy crust and juicy, tender center, they make the perfect meal or snack — quick, healthy, and so satisfying! 😋
🧂 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1 small zucchini, grated & excess water squeezed out
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Olive oil spray
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
3️⃣ Form into patties (about 2–3 inches wide).
4️⃣ Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
5️⃣ Place patties in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
6️⃣ Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
7️⃣ Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
