  • 2 ripe (but firm) bananas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (or just cinnamon for a no-sugar version)
  • A pinch of salt

1️⃣ Slice the bananas

  • Cut bananas into thin, even slices (about ⅛ inch thick).
