Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 oz sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s / ChocZero)
  • 1–2 tbsp powdered sweetener (allulose or monk fruit — optional depending on how sweet your chocolate is)

Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate

  • Microwave chocolate chips in 20–30 second bursts until smooth.
  • Let cool slightly — warm is okay, just not piping hot.

2️⃣ Whip the Cream

  • Beat heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Taste → add sweetener if you want it sweeter.

3️⃣ Fold Together

  • Gently fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
  • Mix until smooth, fluffy, and uniform.
  • Spoon into bowls.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve

  • Chill at least 15–20 minutes for best texture.

⭐ Tips

  • Allulose gives the smoothest texture (no gritty cooling effect).
  • Want EXTRA thick mousse? Add 1 oz more chocolate.
  • Want a protein version? I can make a Greek yogurt or protein powder mousse, too!
