Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 oz sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s / ChocZero)
- 1–2 tbsp powdered sweetener (allulose or monk fruit — optional depending on how sweet your chocolate is)
Instructions
1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate
- Microwave chocolate chips in 20–30 second bursts until smooth.
- Let cool slightly — warm is okay, just not piping hot.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream
- Beat heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Taste → add sweetener if you want it sweeter.
3️⃣ Fold Together
- Gently fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Mix until smooth, fluffy, and uniform.
- Spoon into bowls.
4️⃣ Chill & Serve
- Chill at least 15–20 minutes for best texture.
- Optional toppings:
- Fresh raspberries
- Shaved dark chocolate
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
