If there’s one recipe that never leaves my weekly rotation, it’s this 0-Point Egg Roll in a Bowl. It’s fast, comforting, endlessly customizable, and somehow tastes even better the next day. One pan, minimal prep, and BIG flavor—this is the kind of recipe that makes Weight Watchers feel effortless.
Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or when you just want something warm and satisfying without spending points.
📝 Ingredients
(All zero-point on WW plans when using lean protein)
- 1 lb extra-lean ground turkey or chicken (99%)
- 1 bag (14–16 oz) coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots)
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- 2–3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings (add points if used):
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Sriracha or chili garlic sauce
👩🍳 Instructions
- Brown the protein
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey or chicken until fully browned. Break it up as it cooks. - Add aromatics
Stir in onion and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened. - Build the bowl
Add coleslaw mix, ginger, and soy sauce. Stir well. - Cook until tender
Cover and cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender but not mushy. - Season & serve
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Top as desired and enjoy!
