Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 8 oz (225g) ham, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or mix with mozzarella)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (for topping)
- ¼ cup crushed pork rinds or almond flour (for crispy topping)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, Dijon (if using), onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, chopped ham, and 1½ cups of the Swiss cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
- Mix parmesan, crushed pork rinds/almond flour, and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
