Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Creamy Garlic Ranch Sauce:

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill or ranch seasoning (sugar-free)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
