Ingredients (Serves 4 as appetizer)
- 1.5 lbs (680g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on optional)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1½ cups (150g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Quick Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or use an oven-safe skillet.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet or dish.
- Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella/cheddar and parmesan.
- Bake 8–12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Broil for the last 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
